Remember that there is no right or wrong here – some people are happy having sex five times a day, and other people are happy to have sex once a year. Whatever is right for you is right, but if there is a difference of opinion in your relationship then you might want to find some way to compromise there. Enjoyment

Finally, make sure that you are doing everything you can to enjoy your sex life as much as possible. That might mean building anticipation with your partner, making sure that you are happy to express yourself clearly about what you like and dislike, and ensuring that you are keeping up that regularity as much as you want.
