HOW TO LOOK YOUR BEST EVERY DAY

Want to be the kind of woman who always looks healthy and well put together come what may? You may think that this is something that’s impossible to achieve, but it really isn’t, and what’s more, it’s actually a lot easier than you would have thought…

Eat healthily and exercise

Okay, so if you want to look healthy all the time, you need to actually be healthy and that means eating a diet that is rich in vitamins and minerals and low in sugar and other junk foods. You should also aim to exercise at least 3 times a week just because the healthier you actually are the more radiant you will appear.

Lower your stress levels

When you’re stressed out, it’s hard to look your best. Not only can stress cause you to feel frazzled, but it can actually make you look worse. For example, when you’re stressed, your body releases more cortisol and this can lead to breakouts, weight gain, rosacea, and a whole host of other issues that you’d rather not be dealing with. Sure, a good skin treatment or trips to the gym could help you manage these issues, but it’s far easier to deal with the stress at its root so that the problems never arise in the first place.

Buy clothes that fit

No matter how cheap or expensive your clothing may be, you will look a whole lot better in it if it fits you well. If you can’t afford to buy bespoke outfits, at least have your off-the-peg outfits tailored so that they fit you like a glove.

Polish your shoes

Polished shoes are the sign of a well put together man or woman. If the shoes are shiny and scruff-free you will always be one step ahead of the game.

Invest in a capsule wardrobe

The beauty of a capsule wardrobe is that it contains a bunch of things that all go together, so you can literally just get up in the morning, throw anything on, and instantly look like you’ve put a whole lot more effort into your outfits than you really have.

Moisturise daily

Moisturising every day is vital if you want to look as youthful and radiant as you possibly can at any age. Moisturizing will help to lock in water and feed your skin the nutrients it needs to remain plump, dewy, and youthful. Ideally, you should use a moisturizer that also contains SPF protection as this will not only protect you from the risk of cancer but also the fine lines and wrinkles of premature aging.

Trim your hair regularly

Regular trims keep your hair in good condition by removing split ends and preventing your hair from getting too ratty at the ends. If you don’t have time for a full cut, at the very least, trim the ends every 4-6 weeks if you want to look your best.

As you can see, all of these measures are pretty simple and not a bit time-consuming, but when combined, they will help you to ensure that you look your absolute best each and every day.
