But how can I sleep when my first book ‘A Little Pick Me Up‘ is finally available for pre-order?!

I tell you, it’s exciting, exhilarating, nerve wracking and terrifying. All at the same time.

A Little Pick Me Up is the kind of book that I wish I’d come across when I was broken young woman at the age of 18. It’s a book that I’ve written with my daughter Elsie in mind and it’s a book that I truly hope will find its way into the hands of any woman who is tired of berating and hating herself and wants to feel differently.

Since the beginning of time, we women been made to feel bad about ourselves and I believe it’s time we stopped being so hard on ourselves. And on each other.

As women we face many dark emotions that can often feel overwhelming – jealousy, regret, guilt and powerlessness to name just a few. So within the book I talk candidly about my own personal challenges as a woman and share my tools that I use to overcome them.

I encourage you to see things differently, explain how it’s possible to cut through the negativity and hurtful self-talk and invite you to open your eyes to the beauty, power and potential that lies within you. (And always has.)

It’s everything I am passionate about. It’s everything that I’ve talked about on here for years. It’s everything that I try and live by.

Writing the book has fulfilled a childhood dream for me. I’m so thrilled and still feel like I need to pinch myself!
