A lot of people don’t understand how important sleep actually is – even in 2023. It’s understandable that they might not sleep as much if they have a busy schedule and work a lot – but it’s vital to overall health and happiness. You may be in the habit of getting around five or six hours of sleep each night, but it will catch up with you in the end. The mind and body need to be rested properly.

What happens in your social life matters so much. Negative relationships with toxic people can lead to so much mental distress. This will then take a huge toll on your physical health and your neurological system. The more time you spend with good people, the better you will feel each day.
