Get The Full London Experience

London is arguably one of the best cities that you can visit in the world.

If you’re looking for the hustle and bustle of city life, with many weird and wacky things to do, then this is the place for you. London has a really diverse culture, and it’s this culture that makes the experiences you can have here so varied. It’s a fun city, a vibrant city, and one that we think you’ll love if you decide to take a trip. But, if you’re going to go to London, you want to make sure that you get the full London experience. There’s things that you need to be putting on your list that will ensure this happens. So, have a read of the tips that I’ve got below, and see if you can have the full London experience during your trip.

The Typical Sightseeing

You can’t go to London and not be the typical tourist. Luckily for you guys, there are plenty of tourist things to do, and if you want to do them properly, you’re going to have to spend a day or two walking around. First on your hit list should be the London Bridge and Big Ben. Although Big Ben at the minute is covered in scaffolding for renovation and maintenance work, it’s still a grand structure to stand in front of. If you carry on walking a little bit further past big Big Ben and off the bridge, you’ll find St Paul’s Cathedral. The structure is truly wonderful to look at, and you can even go inside and have a look! Not far around the corner is number 10 downing street. Although you can no longer walk through the actual street anymore, and it’s heavily lined with armed guards, and a massive barrier, you can still have a look down there. Then, you can carry on walking to find Trafalgar square, and then off to the left to Buckingham Palace. Those are just some of the main sights that you need to see. If you wonder around for long enough, you’ll find plenty more to keep you entertained.

Cool Experiences

There are some cool experiences to be had in London, you can find one pretty much on every corner! One thing that we do recommend that you do, is go to one of the popular shows in London. It’s famous for its Westend star studded shows, and you never know, walking around the west end you might even see some famous people! The shows have a really good atmosphere, and they do make for the most perfect night out. When you’re done, you could head to one of the many bars or clubs that line Soho. If you have to do something cool and funny, right around the corner from the Westend is a drag queen club, where you can have endless laughs and be able to drink on into the night. There’s also the things that might be more suited to a family, if that’s who you’re going with. Right by the London eye, there are three more attractions. You’ve got the big SeaLife Center, Shreks Adventure, and a big indoor amusement center with plenty of things to do!

Wining & Dining

London knows what to do when it comes to food. Some of the most expensive and luxurious restaurants can be found here, and a lot of them will require you to dig into your pocket. You’ve got the likes of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant to have a go on, or you can simply go to a normal restaurant that gives you good food, but for a price you can afford. If you want to go for some fancy drinks, dress smart and head up in the lift to the Sky Garden. It’s a lovely little cocktail bar and restaurant at the top of a huge building. Inside is garden themed, and the views you’ll be able to have whilst having a cheeky cocktail are lovely.

The Culture

The culture really is something to shout about here. If you like a chilled out Carribean and Jamaican vibe, you should definitely go to Brixton. There are big markets there serving all different types of food, both traditional English, and home cooked Jamaican food. Eating at the markets is a lot cheaper than going to a restaurant, and we guarantee you’ll be able to get better food than some of the more mainstream places!

So, if you’re heading to London this summer, make sure that you put all of the things we’ve mentioned on your list, and do some exploring of your own. There’s so much to see and do here, you won’t get bored!
