Beautiful Changes You Can Make To Your Body

Your body is beautiful no matter what, there’s no denying that.

Our bodies can be anything we want them to be, and some people spend so much time sculpting theirs into this perfect image. Now, you might not actually want to dedicate so much time and effort to your body, but we do think we have some easily beautiful changes that you can make.

It has to be said, our bodies are all about experimenting, and trying new things to see how they work with us. We’re not saying that you have to change your look entirely, but there are some things that you can do that we know you’re going to love. Because after all, you should be able to look in the mirror and adore what you’re looking at, but most of the time, us girls look in the mirror and pick out everything that we could possibly hate about ourselves! So, without further ado, here are some beautiful changes that you can make to your body. (If you want to).


Body Art

So, this is either going to appeal to you, or it really isn’t.

Body art is one of the most expressive forms of art. You’re taking the risk of covering part of your body in ink, and ink that can only come out during a painful process. It might be there for like, but when it’s there for life, you know you have something to treasure. We will admit, not all tattoos are easy on the eye. Some are so big and out there, that they just don’t look right on the body. If you get the right size, location, and design, then you’re easily going to find something that you love for life!

If you don’t know how the process works, a tattoo artist will await your design ideas and then start to plan your tattoo before getting you in to have the actual tattoo done. Their tattoo supplies should be from reputable brands or trusted retailers like Barber DTS. Equipment should be clean and you should always watch them open a new needle from a fresh packet.

Once you have a design idea, they draw it up and transfer it onto an ink outline that will go on your chosen body part. From there, all you need to do is sit tight whilst it’s being done, which can get pretty painful. Make sure you’re focusing on your aftercare but moisturising it twice a day, and never pick the scabs!

Makeup Transformations

Tattoos might be permanent, but we don’t think they’re as powerful as makeup. Makeup is just a great tool for allowing you to look and feel amazing, and boy don’t people know it. We want to make it clear that if you’re going to use makeup, you shouldn’t rely on it too heavily all of the time. It’s important that parts of your body remain as natural as possible, because the natural look is one of the best that you can achieve.

If you start piling on too much makeup and relying on it to change your look, you run the risk of taking a dislike to your natural image. However, we do highly recommend that you get into the makeup side of things. Watch Youtube tutorials, and get yourself some good quality makeup. The transformations you’ll be able to make will leave you in love with yourself!

The Toned Look

If you hate the gym, or haven’t even thought about stepping foot in one for a long time, then the toned look might not be for you! The toned look is one that takes time and dedication, and that’s something that some people just can’t master. Because it’s not all about the gym, it’s about your diet and the way that you treat your body outside of the gym. If you want our advice, go for the toned look if you’re looking to feel more body confident and beautiful. If your figure doesn’t bother you, then don’t feel as though you have to make any changes to your body!

Self Care

Sometimes, if you want to make beautiful changes to your body, all you need to do is practice a bit of self care. Get into a routine with your health, body image, and anything else, and enjoy the rewards that you’ll get from it. The more effort you put into something so simple as just getting a night time routine going on to get yourself glowing skin, the more beautiful you’re going to feel. Focus on cleansing, taking time to relax everything evening, finding a new hobby… it could be anything. It creates a beautiful body change as you radiate happiness, rather than looking stressed all of the time!
