AUTUMN COLOUR DELIGHT WITH KETTLEWELL (AD)

It’s my favourite time of year. Autumn. I just love it! From the beautiful spectrum of colours that nature has to offer to the incredible cosy clothes. These next few months always bring me so much joy.

And in regards to colour, this season is where I come into my own, because as I discovered just under two years ago, the colours that suit me the best, are the ones which are now in season! Colours like geranium red, deep orange, forest green and dark chocolate brown to name just a few.

Kettlewell – a brand that specialises in providing clothes in colours to suit everyone – asked me to choose some pieces from their new Autumn / Winter 2019 collection and it’s safe to say I was as giddy as a kipper.

I’m a huge fan of this brand, as you may know if you’ve been reading my blog a while or follow me on Instagram! So as always, it’s a pleasure and an honour to work with them.

I picked five pieces from their new collection and they arrived just a few days ago. I’m getting this blog post out to you all super quick though because I really want you to see the pieces ASAP. I know so many of you will be thinking of doing a little shopping for the new season and so let me introduce you to some Kettlewell delights…

I’m going to go with my favourite piece of the bunch first. To be fair, it was hard to choose! But this new vine print wrap dress in orange just gives me all the feels!

I adore the vibrancy of both the colour and the print and just know I will love this dress forever. Wrap dresses are always so easy to wear, timeless too and as a busy working mum, they suit my lifestyle perfectly. Gorgeous, quick to pop on, comfortable to wear but will always look like I’ve made an effort. I mean, I ask you, what could be better than that?!

Next up, is a classic Breton tee, the Monaco Stripe Top and honestly I couldn’t love this more, because I’ve been after a red striped top like this for years! It fits like a dream (I sized down for this top as I prefer my Breton tops to be snug) and I’ve already worn it, much to my delight.

Another gorgeous top is this Amelia blouse in marine navy and mustard (below, second from left). The team recommended this to me as I’d originally missed it when I looked through the collection and I’m so glad they did. It’s feminine, easy to wear and so, so pretty.

Naturally, as it’s autumn and there’s a chill in the air, I had to choose a piece of knitwear for my fourth piece. After carefully thinking about what knits I already own, I finally opted for the Ziggy Sweater in dark emerald and it’s a beauty.

Soft and lightweight yet cosy, the batwing sleeves add just a little something and I love the fact that the extra length of the piece means I’ll be able to wear it tucked in or as a longer top.

For my final item, I went for sheer gorgeousness and picked Kettlewell’s new crushed velvet blazer in chocolate. (Seen above with the Amelia blouse underneath.) It’s a stunning piece that feels incredibly luxurious and I can’t wait to wear it and add a touch of romantic decadence to my autumn/winter style.

As ever, when it comes to Kettlewell, I just cannot sing the praises of their clothes enough.
