MY EASTER PLANS

I can still vividly remember counting all the Easter eggs I received as a child on Easter Sunday. Counting them, smacking my eager lips in mouth watering anticipation and admiring all their shiny, chocolate-y prettiness. It was like utter heaven to me and I would always, always leave the best to enjoy last. Anyone else do that or just me?! I love Easter. Probably because of all those delicious eggs

MY TOP (NEWBORN) BABY MUST HAVES

EIGHT weeks into second time motherhood and I’ve already sussed out the baby products I cannot live without. Many are the same as when I had Elsie over four years ago, but others are new to the market or certainly new to me! One of the hardest things I think, when you’re pregnant, is figuring out what’s worth spending your hard earned cash on. Let’s face it, the baby market

BABY CHAOS AND HAPPINESS

IT’S been a while but I haven’t forgotten about you all I promise. Life is wonderful, hectic and at times pretty chaotic at the moment but we’re all settling into our family life happily and loving having little Leo around. Little Leo who is now not so little (although will always be my ‘dink’) and is six weeks old already. Six weeks old! I tell you time is flying by

MY DISNEY BABY

ONE of the loveliest things about having a newborn, I think, is the fact you get to pop them in the cutest sleepsuits or outfits, often many times a day! (I think my record is four outfit changes in a day up to now!) So when the Disney Store got in touch and asked if they could send me an outfit from their new baby range, well I couldn’t resist.

OUR BABY BOY IS HERE (& WE ARE ALL SO IN LOVE!)

HE kept me waiting four days past due date, but finally after forty weeks and a few extra days, our beautiful boy is here! Naturally we are all so, so besotted with him and I know I’m totally biased, but he really couldn’t be more perfect. Leo Jamie arrived into the world, with his tiny hand pressed against his petite face, at 9.15pm on Saturday 28th January, weighing a surprisingly

IT’S TIME TO HIBERNATE (BUT I’LL SEE YOU SOON!)

I WAS sat here this morning thinking I ‘should’ probably write a couple of blog posts. Perhaps do a review before sharing some thoughts with you all this morning. So after dropping Elsie off at school, I made myself a cup of tea, ate two slices of buttered fruit toast and tried to gear myself up for it. And do you know what, I just couldn’t do it. In fact,

COLLECTING MONEY & MAKING LIFE EASIER WITH LEETCHI

DO you remember when collecting money was easy? When you were a child and you’d squirrel away some pennies and pounds (if you were lucky) in your little piggy bank that would make that amazing rattle when you shook it? Ah wasn’t life easy back then, in the good ol’ days? As an adult one of the hardest things when it comes to collecting or raising money I’ve found, is

DRESSING THE BUMP IN VINTAGE

I ADORE vintage clothing. Have done since my mid teens when I first discovered the delights of wearing something that no one else owned and the joy of wearing a little bit of clothing history. Over the years I’ve bought and worn an array of vintage pieces from beaded dresses to sequin tops, seventies metallic disco heels to a silk neck scarf and still nothing gives me greater clothing delight
