WHEN I first started this very blog back in 2012, I had no idea where it would take me. If indeed anywhere! I had no objectives or game plans, no goals to meet or things I ‘had to do’, just a real urge to write honestly about what it feels like – from my perspective- to be a woman in this world.
UNBELIEVABLY I am now 27 weeks pregnant, which as my phone baby app told me the other day, now also means I am ‘officially in my third trimester’. Wow. I’ve said it a few times but it’s true, this pregnancy is going by so quickly and I’m becoming well aware that before I know it (all being well) my baby boy will be here.
*Warning – for context, this post features some swearing so if you’re easily offended then you might want to turn away now. OK, before I begin, I should probably warn you all (yep, another warning) that I’m pretty angry. Which means I’m ready to rant and put the world to rights. If you’re not a blogger, you may not give a tuppence about this post although I’m hoping you’ll hang
IT’S that time of the month again, when I try and share some wisdom! Yes folks, welcome to my agony aunt column, ‘problem’ number two. (If you missed it, here’s number one.) Some books I could
GO on, I beg of you. You’ll be in good company too I promise, because I’m just about to do exactly that. I’ve been sitting here for a good couple of hours now working, but there’s nothing else left in the tank, so to speak. I’m supposed to be sat here writing blog posts and catching up with emails. You know, all the kind of stuff, a busy freelancing blogger
I DON’T know about you, but I love this time of year. That ‘back to school’ feeling. That feeling of change in the air, that fresh start boost we all need and the thought of exciting opportunities ahead. So when the lovely people at Zazzle asked me if I’d like to treat myself to some ‘back to school’ or if you like ‘back to blogging’ goodies, well I snapped their
