SPONSORED POST: LOOK THE BUSINESS WITH M&S

WHEN it comes to smart attire, it’s all about the tailoring.

My Dad taught me that years ago – he used to make childrenswear so knows about all clothing and the like – and he’s absolutely spot on.

If you want to look smart, groomed and professional, there’s only one thing for it. You have to invest in tailored clothes that fit you perfectly and make you feel incredible.

A sharp suit, crisp blazer or fitted dress. You know the ones I mean.

Tailored clothes such as these always remind me of armour. Because whenever I wear them – such as my faithful black blazer shown in the top picture – I always feel invincible. And, at my best.

Think of Italian or Spanish men in their incredible suits. How smart, handsome and dashing they look.

Or when you see a woman in a beautiful tailored dress, carrying herself with poise and confidence.

There really is something about tailored clothes that make us stand taller, straighter and a hello of a lot prouder.

Don’t you think?

Years ago most people made their own clothes or had their clothes made for them. But then, the British High Street came along.

Suddenly there was more choice, which was wonderful!

However today fashion has become a little too throw away. All quick fixes, cheap buys and dare I say, lots of ‘sloppy’ clothing too.

Real tailoring has almost become forgotten.

But not anymore, because one retailer is bringing tailoring back and bringing it back in a big way…

Yes folks, the wonderful giant of our high street, Marks & Spencer, is bringing tailoring back to the masses to help us once again look our very best.

Proudly, championing the fine art of modern British tailoring, they’re on a mission to make us look smart again.

And I don’t know about you, but I think this is one of the best things I’ve heard from a clothing retailer in a very long time.

With love,

Kate
