That would be Ossobuco ~ absolutely delicious. Usually cooked by me as it doesn’t feature heavily on restaurant menus where we live. 2nd fave is pizza :-)

It is soo hard to say, I’m named after my Italian grandmom, so I’ve had many good dishes. Hmm I would have to say homemade pizza, we used to let it rise upstairs, and as kids we could smell the yeasty dough, it was a deep dish pizza. I make pizza, too, and love making it on the grill!
