A very special announcement…
BEAN has arrived!
Our beautiful daughter Elsie Florence Portman was born over a month ago on 20th July at 5.50am after a long and somewhat challenging 24 hour labour.
She didn’t make things easy that’s for sure, but I can wholeheartedly say that bringing her safely into the world was the best moment of my life and I’d do it all again in a New York minute.
I’ve been so busy being a new Mum that I haven’t had a chance to announce her arrival on here until now (she’s currently fast asleep making ridiculously sweet cooing noises) but let me tell you all, I am smitten. Besotted. Totally head over heels in love with my little girl.
Elsie is more than I could have ever dreamed of or hoped for.
She’s a life changer, a miracle, a real bundle of joy and just so incredibly precious.
I am proud, honoured and very blessed to be her Mum and am loving every second of our journey into pastures new. Let the adventures begin!
